Payment for online orders must be made with a credit card. We accept the following:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover Card

To shop with us, you can add items to your shopping cart at any time during your session, by simply clicking the "add to cart" button found under the price of the item you wish to buy. Once you add your first item, a shopping cart will be automatically created for you. You may continue to shop for additional items by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button. You may view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the page.
To change the quantity of an item, simply type the correct quantity in the Quantity field on the shopping cart, and click the "Recalculate" button at the bottom of the screen. To delete an item, click a check under the column called remove.
When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart:
- Click the "Checkout" button.
- Enter the Billing Information (the name and address of the credit card holder) along with a valid email address for order confirmation purposes.
- Click on the "Next" button.
- If your Shipping Information is different from your billing information, click on "Create New Address". Otherwise, click on the "Next" button.
- Select a shipping method and click on the "Next" button.
- Review your order summary thoroughly and enter in your credit card information. Click on the "Order Now" button to complete your purchase. Once you select "Order Now," you cannot revise or cancel your order. You will receive email confirmation that we have received your order.
Once you have clicked the "Order Now" button, the transaction can not be stopped or cancelled.

How long will my order take?
We process most orders the same day for in-stock items ordered by 2:00 pm Eastern (excluding weekends and holidays). But please allow 48 hours for your order to ship in the event that an item needs to be transferred from another location. Depending on the method of shipping you selected when placing your order, expect your order to arrive anywhere from 1-7 business days.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
How are backordered and preorder items handled?
Any item ordered that shows a status of backordered or preorder will automatically ship when this item is available in our inventory. You must contact us in advance if you wish to make any adjustments to your original order.
Can I have my order sent to more than one address?
We can only ship to one address per order. Please place a separate order for each ship to address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed as you requested. If you wish any adjustments to be made including changing quantities, canceling orders or adjusting the shipping method please contact customer service as soon as possible (see our contact page).
